Alcassoft developed a document collaboration system within an Intranet used by Shell’s independent gas stations scattered throughout Malaysia.
This system allows Shell station store managers and other authorised personnel to upload and share documents within their network nationwide, making dissemination of critical company information, such as latest policy changes and updates, easily available to all relevant staff.
