Alcassoft Successfully Deploys Community Portal System

Alcassoft has successfully deployed the beta version of a community portal, geared towards parents and educators for US-based Parents Orbit LLC.

This feature-packed portal goes beyond the usual forums and blogs – it allows parents and their children’s educators to stay constantly in touch with their ‘networks’ via sms, online messaging and also an internal chat engine. Networks are groups, either virtual (i.e. existing in cyberspace) or physical, usually formed by an educator, i.e. a school-teacher, a karate class teacher, girl-scout groups, or anyone who educates children and needs to communicate with the parents. read more
