Tech Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Provide client support and technical issue resolution for the company’s in-house products and related services
  • Create manuals and training materials for company’s in-house applications
  • Provide training to clients in the use of in-house systems and applications
  • Perform website updates using the company’s in-house content management system (cms) for existing clients
  • Perform system testing for in-house applications
  • Keep abreast of current trends in web application technologies

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • At least 6 months related job experience or training
  • Excellent web surfing skills
  • Basic html knowledge is an advantage
