Tech Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Provide client support and technical issue resolution for the company’s in-house products and related services
- Create manuals and training materials for company’s in-house applications
- Provide training to clients in the use of in-house systems and applications
- Perform website updates using the company’s in-house content management system (cms) for existing clients
- Perform system testing for in-house applications
- Keep abreast of current trends in web application technologies
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- At least 6 months related job experience or training
- Excellent web surfing skills
- Basic html knowledge is an advantage
