User Manager/ Single Sign-On Tool
The Alcassoft User Manager/ Single Sign-on Tool was developed for Trust Property Researches (TPR) to manage their user level access to the various web-based applications used in their day-to-day operations.
Trust Property Researches is a network of independent researchers, genealogists and lawyers, specialising in the discovery of unclaimed money, land, inheritances, and other types of property. Due to it’s trans-national structure - their network spans across Europe, Asia and South Africa - and the sensitivity of the data with which they deal, it was imperative that they had a simple yet secure tool to manage their different users’ access levels to the various applications that were in place within the network.
Alcassoft’s User Manager/ Single Sign-on Tool provides just that - a single sign on facility that enables TPR’s users to authenticate (i.e. log on) once and gain access to the resources of its multiple software applications; thus saving their time, as well as reducing TPR’s overall costs associated with lost or forgotten passwords.
Additionally, the administrator - via the tool’s user-friendly interface - is able to easily create, allow or revoke user access, as well as manage the users’ different levels of access (or clearance levels) within the multiple applications in place.
