Shell Club Platinum’s Document Sharing System
Alcassoft developed a document collaboration system within an Intranet used by Shell’s independent gas stations scattered throughout Malaysia.
This system allows Shell station store managers and other authorised personnel to upload and share documents within their network nationwide, making dissemination of critical company information, such as latest policy changes and updates, easily available to all relevant staff. Store managers are also able to access and view results of the stores’ internal evaluations and competitions as and when they become available.
This system provides a practical alternative to the common practice of sending mass e-mails, with attachments that take up valuable corporate space and cause mailboxes to quickly reach their size limits.
