Document Management Integration

Working in tandem with Cubinet Sdn Bhd for Fuji Xerox Malaysia, Alcassoft developed a connector component for Fuji Xerox Malaysia’s document management solution based on the Radiant Document Management Server (formerly known as the INSCI ESP+ Suite), customised for a financial institution in Malaysia.

The component provides a bridge between the Document Management Server and a set of host applications. These applications include online banking, ATM-based requests and phone-banking requests for documents.

Alcassoft developed a multithreaded, scalable solution with an architecture that allows for a dramatic increase in the number of requests for documents made. By deploying the connector component, the various branches of the financial institution are now able to not only share the document management server’s archive of documents, but to also serve additional self-serviced document requests made by customers.
