e-Kencana Sdn Bhd

e-Kencana Sdn Bhd (eKSB) owns and manages Malaysia’s national e-Purse scheme (MEPS Cash). MEPS is available in more than 16 million automated teller machines (ATM) cards for use at more than 5,000 automated teller machines nationwide.
MEPS is also available in the MyKad, which is a multi-purpose smart identity card used in Malaysia. Applications include identity, driving license, E-Cash, passport, etc. MEPS is available in more than 18 million MyKads.
Alcassoft acted as eKSB’s rollout consultants for their MEPS Cash Remittance (MCR) service.
